Orders

We always recommend taking note of your Order Reference number when your order is initially placed. If you have not received your Order Confirmation e-mail please check your junk or spam folders - they are automated emails so they tend to go straight to spam. After your order is placed, you will have a limited time to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, we are no longer able to cancel it for you, however we can refund or exchange this for you. Please contact the Customer Service team immediately on +353 046 90 25534 if you need to cancel an item. 

Gift Wrapping - We offer complimentary gift wrapping. If you would like this please comment ‘Gift Wrap’ in the comment section at the check-out.
Gift Receipt - If your purchase is for someone else please let us know and we can provide a gift receipt or a special message 

Shipping

Due to extended store closures and our team working remotely we are experiencing longer shipping times. We will have your item delivered to you within 3-7 days for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Due to the impact of Brexit UK deliveries are approximately 2 weeks. For all other countries, please allow up to 15 working days. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience, your purchase, and understanding.

At Maguires we are committed to keeping your personal information secure. In order to create an account, place an order or make an enquiry we will require personal information such as name, address, phone number, email and credit/debit card details from our customers. We will only use this information for the purpose of completing orders and answering queries. Returns

We want you to love your products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes a product may not be suitable.

We are happy to accept returns for web orders within 28 days of receipt so long as the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, some items may be excluded from return such as earrings. 

All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. 

Returns received beyond this time will not be accepted, returns received not in a re-saleable condition will not be accepted. To make a return please email maguiresontara@gmail.com

Customer Checklist: 

  • Ensure your items are in the condition you received these in and a resalable condition. Clothing must not be worn and all tags must still be on clothing. 
  • Include your order confirmation e-mail and return note inside the parcel.
  • Refunds will be actioned within 14 to 21 days of receiving back your item(s) 
  • Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
  • You will receive an email once your order has been processed and refunded.

 

Visiting Brú na Bóinne

Brú na Bóinne is Government owned and managed by the Government body The OPW.  Guided tours are available and an indoor exhibition and museum can be visited.
